I have purchased a couple fountains from big box pet stores in the past and each time the price tag was higher and the product wither never worked or worked for a short time. I was nervous purchasing this product due to expecting low quality for low price but I am very happy with this product. The stainless steel puts me at ease about excess bacteria in between washes. It could not be simpler to set up and refill. And the cats love it. They drink much more water since they got this. I also like that it holds a good amount of water without taking up too much space.

I love this fountain, and most importantly, my cats love it too! I chose this stainless steel fountain primarily for its ease of cleaning, and I love that it's lightweight and has a relatively small footprint. It's so quiet and runs perfectly. I top it off with filtered water daily. It's easy to disassemble and clean; I do this weekly when I change the filter. There is a small dent on the container as a result of transportation - i was lucky, it is at the bottom and it is not visible. The packaging is not the most reliable. Do not waste money on a motion sensor - the device is almost silent (you can put it anywhere except the bedroom), the sensor mount on the wall is very inconvenient.
The pump is very quiet and it's great that there are filters to replace. The cats also drink from the hot water, not just from the tap. The only problem is that it is impossible to know what the height of the water is.

When I first made it, I thought the LED light on the motion sensor would turn on, but it doesn't. It only has a motion detection function that activates the water pump when you get close. There is no U-shaped pipe, and when it comes out, it makes a lot of noise. When connected to the U-shaped pipe, it flows smoothly.
